The current RTF Membership is offered at $19.95 per month unless a different price, promotion, or plan is displayed to you at checkout. Membership provides access to the features and benefits described at the time of purchase. Optional products, third-party services, usage-based services, and premium features may be priced separately.
Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment service provider. By starting a paid membership, you authorize recurring charges at the price shown during checkout until you cancel. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
You may cancel a paid membership through Account → Membership or the secure billing portal when available. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period and access continues through that date.
Membership charges are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by law or where we determine that a billing error occurred. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@royaltreasury.us promptly so we can review it.
We may change membership pricing or included features for future billing periods. Where required, we will provide advance notice before a price change takes effect for an existing paid membership.

RTF may allow eligible businesses to connect to third-party payment and merchant-services providers. These payment services are provided by the applicable third-party provider under its own agreement, onboarding, verification, pricing, processing, payout, dispute, and account requirements.
Royal Treasury Financial is not a bank, card network, acquiring bank, or payment processor. When your connected business accepts payments through its own connected payment account, your business remains responsible for its customers, products and services, refunds, taxes, fulfillment, chargebacks, disputes, and compliance obligations applicable to its transactions.
We may display payment-account status, balances, payout information, transaction activity, or other provider data inside RTF for convenience. Third-party provider records control if there is a discrepancy.
All content, features, functionality, design, and materials available through our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated outputs — are owned by or licensed to Royal Treasury Financial and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes as a member. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without our prior written consent.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Royal Treasury Financial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your membership and contacting us to request account deletion. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Royal Treasury Financial is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
